Huong & Tin with the Brave Men
Huong & Tin with the Brave Men

Some years ago, God put the needs of Tin (see photo of Tin and his wife, Huong) before Bruce Bickel.

Tin had his leg amputated in the Vietnam and has suffered with great pain and has lived without a left leg since then (see photo of Tin’s leg).  About a year ago, many men, under the leadership of Bruce Bickel helped Tin to have surgery to deal with the pain along with the attachment of a new prosthetic leg.  This was all done in Kenya, prior to Tin and Huong coming to the US to meet the Brave Men and then travel to L.A. to visit family.

Since their visit, we have become aware of the need for bibles and hymnals at the Tin Lanh Church (Tin Lanh means “Good News” in Vietnamese as is not name after Tin).  Tom Hansz took leadership of the project, collected money and arranged for the purchase and shipping of the bibles and hymnals. Tom reports out in the attached presentation about the outcome of this project.  Click this link below to see and hear Tom’s report.

Thanks to Tom, and glory to God for the work He has done!
